succes with this. We tried several times to get an solution form nch, but until now no luck. Seems to be, that nch just not want to get any customer with an need of support. Sorry for ya. Personaly i've givin up IVM, and searching for other Automated attendent software, with some more support on it.

Correct got the same problem over here. One solution is to use two different modems, with complete different chipsets. When using two of the same IVM just uses the first one in the list. Sadly enough two different modems is also not an solution for me, because i need to have three lines, so two modems for sure. This is a problem in ivm not in winodws. E.g. you can use both modems exactly the same, on the same time, buth not in IVM.

Got another new question, maybe it could make my day today. Now the situation is so, that when a call is transfered that i will hear a message first when picking up the phone, if i want to accept the call. Is there a way, by plugin or so that when picking up the phone besides hearing the message to accept or not i will hear a given in customer id, of that it is send by net send or so. (like a net send message, incoming call customer id 1133# or so) How can i make this happen?

Still haven't a reply on my e-mail. Maybe they should delte the message "you'll receive a reply within 24 hours." It's a pitty... iv haven't received a reply within the next 48 hours, there's definitly no version for me. Support is one of the most critizing points, but no support at all..... Got the same problem around here. Also trying to set up IVM with budget phone. Works good with the app from XLN.net, but, with IVM (also with express talk) i can't get it to work. It's a shame, want to buy this application, but if it doesn't work i don't think so. Need VOIP for this to work, so no one has found a solution until now?
