Nevermind the dots and audio now, I tried exporting to mp4 lossless and everything seems fine. The only problem is that I only get to kind of preview the video, as the rendering fails halfway through and leaves me with a 1 minute incomplete clip.

Whenever I export a video there's these white little dots randomly popping out of nowhere on my screen, looking sort of like dead pixels. It only happens on black screens and transitions. It's not the media player that I'm using as they're still there after uploading to YouTube. They certainly only appear after exporting and ONLY on black screens. Also the audio SUCKS after exporting. Ok, it doesn't really suck, but you can hear the difference in quality between the original, unedited video and the exported one. I tried various rendering settings; I tried exporting lossless, high quality, 320kbps (maximum bitrate for audio in this program). These differences although apparently insignificant do matter a lot as my channel is mainly based on music production and tutorial. Anyone know what could cause these problems? I want my video to be the exact same as before rendering.
