Yep, That was it. Created a Folder on Data drive (instead of relocated User folders) and its fine.

It seems that it may not like that I have moved my Data folders from C:\ to a separate drive ?? It saves ok to a usb thumb drive.

I have just purchased registered version to do something quickly bit I cant save/export a video file. getting "the specified folder cannot be written to" when trying to save project and export video. Tried lots of folder, checked preference for saving. desperate to get done NOW. cheers
