Hello, I'm trying to put my API ID and Transaction key into Copper and I'm getting back an error that says "Charge Failed: 4:ConvertToSocketSSL" ("Card Not Present") account". This is a confirmed Card Present account by Authorize Net. They told me to contact support, but I haven't heard back in a few days. Can anyone give me some insight into this?
