Hi everyone. I hope someone can help me.
I ordered the TAPI board from NCH website and was sent the Talk Voice TAPI board. I installed it into a Dell Computer. I bought a site license (even though I only had 3 users) and also installed that yesterday. Dial Dictate 4.11 will see the boards but upon calling the system... it hangs up and displays a status of Answered call Unavailable.
I am replacing a Dictaphone system. I just moved the phone lines over.
It's not working now. Does anyone have an idea of what the problem may be here? I've tried the settings like disabling Enable end-of-call tone detetion during playback. I've tried reinstall the drivers and TAPI software.
