I can't respond to the support people after getting their first email. I get a reply saying that their mailbox is full. Anyone else having/had this issue?

I just recently downloaded the free version of this program to help with editing my YouTube videos. I recently uploaded a 6 minute video just fine. I have created a 12 minute video that includes multiple clips and an audio section I recorded. When I click export to youtube tab it starts the export. After an hour or so the export completes at 100% but where it should say complete it says failed and without a reason why. When I go to my YouTube channel I see the video there but it says being processed and to check back later. I left it on that stage for over 8 hours and no change so I just deleted it. Any suggestions on what to do or do I have to buy the full version in order to export a video of that size?
