Hi, I have tried to look around for this question, but with no luck. I am brand new to sounds editing, so I dont really know any terms,etc. Here is my issue: I have recorded an interview on my camcorder for a short movie im putting together. The movie editing software doesnt have good sound editing. My problem is the interview was in a cafe, so it has too much background noise like dishes, walking around some talking in the back. I did use an external mic, so when the subject speaks it is clear. Please, oh please in the most simple, step by step process, HOW do i isolate the speech and get rid of most of the backgrond noise. thank you so much! i will be so grateful!!!
