I am using ExpressScribe to transcribe a multichannel file. One channel contains a live room recording, the other channel is a stenomask recording (court reporter recording). Within the ExpressScribe window, I can click on "view multichannel track" and SOMETIMES it will appear, and sometimes it will NOT. Why is this happening. How do I toggle between the different tracks if I can't see the multichannel box floating in the window? Has anyone else experienced this problem?
