The version on the PC in my office will not offer GSM 6.10, while the one on my laptop (the first one I installed) does. How can I allow files to be saved in GSM 6.10 format on the PC?

When I save the file for the second time, that is I add additional material to the sound file, the first material is lost, and I have to save the new material as a second sound file and paste in the new material to the original file, or re-record the first portion of the sound file. Is there something I am not doing that this is happening, or something I am doing that is causing this ??
