I'm having trouble setting up IVM as a simple answering machine. Specifically, messages record, but they don't show up in the mailbox. I created an outgoing message "boring". Report shows:

Default Answering Message
Thank you for calling. Please leave your name, contact number and a short message after the tone and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

The log after a simulated call shows:

00:03 Recording File: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NCH Swift Sound\IVM\MailBoxes\Default ICM000005.wav

I can find the message in the file system, but it doesn't show up in the sole mailbox, "Default". I get the same result if I use the "Default Answering Machine" OGM and if I telephone in instead of using the simulator.
Any advice?
Thanks.
