Is there a way to extract encrypted zip files right to express scribe? With my old software I could set them up to go right to the software. I set the path right to it. I can't figure out how to do that with Express Scribe. I can't seem to find the right path if it's possible. Thanks. Shelli

I am currently using Olympus software and foot pedal but am considering switching to Express Scribe and a different pedal. I do transcription that is sent through email but we are having problems with email so we have been using AOL Instant Messenger. I can sent my client Word files with no problem, but when they send me voice files I can't open them in a way that allows me to use the foot pedal to control it. It just opens up my DSS Player Pro software and plays. I'm wondering if anyone has used AOL IM to download to Express Scribe and if it works properly. Thanks. Shelli
