I'm guessing that this problem still hasn't been addressed, seeing how I encountered the same problem today. It works when I convert .wma to .mp3 so I don't really understand the problem. EDIT: Just went back to re-read the FAQ and I realised that such a conversion isn't supported on a Mac. Why is that?

I am having the same problem except I am dealing with .ra/.rm files on a Macbook. It worked for me when I was converting .wma to .mp3. Is this just a problem with .rm/.ra files? EDIT: Just went back to re-read the FAQ and I realised that such a conversion isn't supported on a Mac. Why is that?
