I have the same problem as UDS111: no sound on Express Scribe shortly after upgrading to Windows 10. I've tried all the troubleshooters on my computer and tried the Windows 10 sound fixes set out here: http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/windows-10-how-fix-sound-issues-after-upgrade-1513693 Nothing solved my problem. I use Express Scribe for my freelance writing business and this has been a very frustrating and maddening experience. Anyone out there have any suggestions? Cheers. .
