I have now managed to download and install the latest version of Switch. The crashing problem is still occuring though, it only seems to happen when I try and convert m4a files to mp3, which is what i need it for! It comes up with an error message saying Abnormal Signal Crash, asks if i'd fill in a bug report and says I recieved a "SIGNAL 10" code. Does anyone know what this is? Is anyone having the same problem? PLease help regards

Ok so i've tried Firefox to download it now. Whatever link I choose it comes up saying its a PC ZIP Archive even though the name of the file is 'switchmac.zip' Does anyone know of a link to take me to an actual mac download? Thanks

Hi there, I've owned the free version of Switch on the mac for some time now, its worked really well until today when it started to crash as soon as I click to convert files (from m4a to mp3) So I decided to delete that version and download a new one. So I click download and the download screen appears, the zip file seems to download very fast but then sticks on the "Decompressing zip file" section right at the end. It's been stuck for ages now. Its not going to finish. Whats going on this has never happened before? Any help much appreciated cheers
