  1. Hi all, and thanks in advance. I;ve been searching through these forums, and while I understand they are not the primary support method - it seems as if there are topics that have gone unanswered. We are experiencing similar problems or setup issues. Couple of questions: 1) If using IMS with AXON, do we HAVE to have a sound card or will it just stream through AXON. We can call x197 and all plays fine. 2) I have group 701 setup to integrate with IMS on port 606. We have both run as server and run as extension. No incoming calls on our associated external lines hear music. 3) Also, when a call is placed on hold - upon returning from hold there is no outbound sound from the Voip phone. We are using Windows 2003. Firewalls and routers have been double checked. We are using Polycom 501 as test phones. I am just unclear as to what else we need to do. We are very impressed with the product, but need to get a few items resolved before we can implement at our stores. Thanks again!!
