When I export a 30 second video clip, the first half of the video is frozen, and then it plays perfectly from 0:15-0:30. When I see the export progress %, it skips quickly to around the 50% mark and then seems to actually begin "processing" the video for export. I'm not familiar with this stuff so I explained it as best as I can. The video seems to look perfectly fine in the Videopad preview.
