  1. These symptoms sometimes mean defective modem INF files or serial communications errors that cause the modem driver to 'crash' after the first call. Also could be related to your antivirus software, specially if you have Norton install. We recommend you to open a support ticket at supportnch@nchsoftware.com to contact telephony expert.

  2. Un sola instalación de Express Invoice puede manejar múltiples divisas o multimonedas . Se ejecutan como si fueran instalaciones completamente diferentes. Cada una de las configuraciones se puede cambiar para cada instalación. Cada instalación tiene sus propios clientes, artículos, pagos y facturas.

    Con respecto a la correlatividad de los números, el número de las facturas aumenta cada vez que registra una factura nueva automáticamente. Inicialmente usted puede elegir la numeración que desea.

  3. Por favor siga las instrucciones de abajo:

     

    1. Haga clic en el botón "Opciones" en la barra de herramientas

    2. Seleccione "Acceso Web" de la lista a la izquierda

    3. Seleccione la casilla para una o ambas de las siguientes opciones

    ---Permitir acceso a Express Invoice en la red local

    ---Permitir acceso a Express Invoice desde Internet (acceso a la nube)

    4. Recomendamos que verifique "Encender Web Access cuando este equipo esté funcionando"

    5. En la sección Cuentas web, haga clic en el botón "Añadir..."

    6. Introduzca la información para cada usuario

    7. Provea a cada usuario con la dirección de acceso web desde la sección de acceso de navegador

    por ejemplo http://192.168.1.10:96

    8. Provea a cada usuario con la contraseña que creó al configurar la cuenta de usuario

    9. Haga clic en "Aceptar" para grabar sus cambios y cerrar la ventana

     

    ***Recuerde que el puerto que utiliza Express Invoice es el 96. Asegúrese de abrir este puerto con su proveedor de internet.

    2. On the Devices tab, select the video device from the drop down list

  5. In order to fix latency issues in MIxpad, go to "Options", "General" tab and click on "Offset Recordings". This option is will help If the recordings you are making with MixPad are not perfectly synchronized with each other, then you may have hardware latency issues. You can specify an offset in milliseconds here which will automatically adjust your recordings.This option is only available if you are using an MME recorder. The issue of latency should not affect you if you are using an ASIO capable sound device and selecting the ASIO drivers for both playback and recording.

    Please try this:

     

    1. Make sure OBS is closed. Voxal must run before the application you wish to use your voice in.

    2. Run Voxal and select the voice you wish to use.

    3. Run OBS

    4. If everything is working properly you should see that Voxal displays the text "Status: Successfully processing!" and the microphone volume meter will be moving

  6. There is no need for you to changed your Computer Date and Time when entering your data. Whenever you enter information, you should be able to choose the dates and whenever you generate reports, you can filter also by dates. The time you enter the information should not affect your data.

  7. This may sound obvious, but can you confirm you are using the Master's Edition of Mixpad? Remember that only the Master's Edition have the option to add the VST Plugins. If you are using the "Home Edition" they are not going to be available for you to add them.

  8. You can try to select or highlight the section in which you have the noise (hiss) by clicking and dragging the cursor in the waveform. Once you highlight that specific area, follow the steps below to reduce the hiss:

    • Click the Cleanup button on the Effects tab toolbar
    • Select Noise reduction from the submenu
    • Select Multi-band Noise Gating.. from the Noise reduction submenu
    • Select the Remove Hum and Hiss preset
    • Click OK

  9. Please try this:

     

    1. Make sure that you have selected an effect from the list on the left.

    2. Check that Voxal is receiving your microphone's signal. If it is not receiving the signal, please follow the Microphone Configuration Directions.

    3. The status should read: "Successfully processing"

    4. The audio meter will be moving as you speak, it should be in the Good Mic Level section

    5. Voxal must be opened prior to the program that you are using the effect in. Close both programs, open Voxal, then open the program where you would like to apply the voice effects

     

    If you still have problem after this it might be a webcam driver conflict. We suggest you to try with Skype.

  10. Before recording the skype call, can you go to "Options", "Audio" tap and make sure that "Microphone" and "Speakers" box are selected? Please try this. Remember also that In order to record audio from another application, Debut must be launched before the other application.To record audio from a media player application, first launch Debut, then launch the media player application.

  11. Hi, the latest version of Express Invoice for MAC is 4.45, please check in your lower left corner of the main window of EI and confirm. There is a known issue with latest version 4.45 for MAC in which you cannot remove note comment. As of now the issue has been reported. In the meantime there is a workaround to solve this and is by installing previous version 4.35. This is the link:
