I'm not sure why this is occuring, however following purchasing a license for SWITCH and installing the software on the MAC OS 10.4 machine I wish to use for this purpose, the M4p > Mp3 converison results in a file with zero KB. The M4p file was properly purchased through APPLE. I just wish to play the song(s) on a non-iPod device. I am currently using SWITCH 1.05 on the MAC. The free trial version worked great until the trial expired.
