I've purchased the WavePad and installed in my PC A. Somehow, the PC A clashed and I need to use the WavePad in PC B. I found from my e-mail the registration details, user name, address, validation key and so on. when I tried to register with the above information, it keeps saying I've input wrong information. I understand that providing customer support cost money, but shouldn't they stand behind what you sell, at least by letting me to use the software in other pc? If someone could tell me how I can keep using what I bought, I will really appreciate it. Thanks~~
