Its frustrating when no one even offers a suggestion.... Have you done the usual uninstall & re-install? Also, maybe download the mp3 encoder again from http://www.nch.com.au/components/mp3el.exe & re-install that to see if it helps. Let us know how you get on anyway, and if tech support actually responds!
