Thank you. I have did everything you suggested. I just waiting for Support to respond. I hope it will not take long. I have work piling up.

I am using the Infinity foot pedal with Express Scribe Pro. I have did the wizard but I'm getting the message saying please check that your audio hardware is functioning and that Options - Payback - sound device has been correctly configured. My pedal has worked in the past and I don't understand. Please help. Thanks
