My Cloud program is showing Express Invoices as a backed up item, but when I try to open whats been backed up theres nothing there. Any ideas Guys??

As there are different ways to send an invoice, how can I go back and check how a particular invoice was sent to a customer???? Eg email or Printed Thanks in advance
