  1. you can change the clef :

    - at any point, it would change everything coming below your change for the whole part concerned

    - so proceed descending ! the notes will of course move because the sound - the pitch itself - would be respected

I did not find how to change the clef indise of a part yet - some piano scores would need it but maybe it is in project for future versions !

by the way CONGRATS to the team,

your last version windows 143 is way improved ( I had 133) !

and it has an extraordinary new feature : now we can select and hear one part singing alone ! this is FANTASTIC !

THANK YOU for your great work !

  2. a propos parts : could crescendo play selected parts ?

by now, I think crescendo plays always all parts,

it would be really great, before starting "play", to be able to select which parts crescendo would play !

    - for instance to learn sight-singing of one part while crescendo would play the other parts -

are you intending to add this feature to crescendo one day ? it would be so fantastic !

I love your software ! and it is so friendly for kids !!!!!

thank you for your work !

    Marie

  3. Simple as that... I click the "Export Midi" command... -Nothing.

If I click import midi, I get a dialogue box, suggesting it will work!

    Any clues?

    thanks, Doug

I come to you to share my experience, I had a totally similar case with "export as image"

the solution, for me, was to change the title : it had some characters "song" which prevented the window to open,

as soon as I erased these little " " from the title, it WORKED immediately ! (because per default the filename taken

for export is the title... so it failed to open that second little window)

    cheers !

    M
