Every time I try and convert any file to an MP3 format, it instantly crashes giving the following message: "--------------------------- EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION --------------------------- Switch has crashed with an abnormal exception. If so, please click Yes and then enter the field to tell us exactly what you were doing and that you received a "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" exception code. --------------------------- Yes No Cancel --------------------------- " I have not tried to convert to anything else, and I do not know what file type I am converting from. However, this error has happened with every file. I found forums saying the same thing, and someone seemed to have found the problem by going back to a different version. However, I think the link has been changed because it downloads version 1.11. If someone could post a link with the older version, or tell me how to fix this, it would be much appreciated. The link I found that supposedly gives an older version, but gives me 1.11 is: ftp.audiochannel.net/software/switch.zip .
