  1. The problem is that your line provider may be switching this feature off when they suspect that you are

    over using it. They may not even tell you and it may turn on and off until it drives you nuts!

    You may want to check with your provider if they allow "Conference Calling". This is what it's called when you

    initiate a call and then connect that number to a third party while exiting the call. It's different than three way calling

    where you stay in the line. The phone companies frown upon the use of this feature because in actuality you are

    calling more than one number at a time, therefore putting additional line traffic. If you do it while running

    IVM's OGM outbound and making continuous calls, the line proiver, whether land or VoIP, will eventually turn off the feature.

    I am trying to find a solution but so far have not found anything inexpensive.

  2. I recently purchased IVM and am trying to setup things using a SHT 2B USB version CAHTA Board. I'm just setting up a simple tiered phone ordering menu, "leave your info, press # to continue" several step sort of setup. Problem is the audio of my outgoing messages seem to randomly "skip" when testing things over a phone, although they test fine when using the IVM's simulator. For instance if I had an OGM stating "please leave your credit card number after the tone" that line would play fine in the IVM simulator, but once I tried calling in from a phone line the OGM might sound like "leave number tone", which obviously doesn't fair well for my purposes. I've tried recording my OGMs to a number of formats, bit rates, and compression settings, as well as recording them directly in IVM. After reading thru 19 pages of information here I haven't found anything regarding my problem. Any info would be tremendously appreciated, so thanks in advance...

    I just purchased the same board a few weeks ago. I can't make it do Blind Call Transfers.

    Have you been able to do it?

  3. I am unable to do a simple call Transfer. I have tried many different Settings/Call Transfer, different OGM, etc. The number seems to dialed (I don't hear the box making a Flash), but the call is not transfered.

     

    I don't hear the Flash sound on the original transfer.

    It displays the following:

    How do I set IVM to do any kind of transfer?
