I loaded a second 37 minute MTS file before deleting the first. I was able to transcribe after loading, but today nothing loads

I have professional edition, downloaded 2 MTS files, and now nothing will load. Is there anything I can do to get ExpressScribe to load so I can then delete the first MTS file?
