I have a site licence for DialDictate and wondered what the best set-up is for the product. I am thinking of sticking Axon in front of it to allow for integration of softphone users on our LAN. Is W2k still the best choice at the momnent or is NT4 still a good workhorse option(if limited)? What sort of level of hardware is required for a single box install with oodles of registered, concurrent users on it? I have 2 old-ish dell pe350(800Mhz PIII, 1G RAM, SCSI HD) rack servers, how much capacity will this give me? Any answers welcome, cheers.

As much down to a lack of knowledge from the suppliers but I wondered if anyone out there has successfully achieved registration with this kit so I can stir things up a bit with them? Also, if asked, what can I say about the implementation of SIP in NCH products, specifically DialDictate and Axon? Are there standards I can quote the product as being compliant with?
