  1. Hi, i have a server running axon, IVM and VRS and i wanted to know if a have two separate intenet lines in the same network (without any confilcting gateway ip address). If the server using axon, ivm and vrs is running with an internet with the ip address 10.0.0.1 and i set up 4 computers with this gateway as well and another 4 computers with another gateway 10.0.0.101, will each computer use the settings in the network controller to handle the call or the setup in the server that runs axon? Basicly what im asking is if the bandwith asociated with calls when transfered are going trought the axon (or server runing axon) or once transfered it uses the internet connection of the transfered computer. Thanks
  2. Hi, i have a system with Axon and IVM Answering Machine Attendant, all my calls are over VoIP Inbound and Outbound. My problem is that when i have an inbound call the IVM doesnt detect the DTMF tones that the caller presses and fail to do the transfer to the specified extension, caller id information is recieved correctly. If i call IVM internally (intranet) tones are detected and transfer are done perfectly. Is this problem related to a router blocking some specific ports?. I have tested the setup in another company and tones are detected so i dont think it is related with the VoIP service provider.
