When I try to load the sample mp3 audio files to express scribe a window pops up stating download failed. File may be corrupt or not a true layer mp3 file. Please verify. These files are from NCH software website. Can anyone help me to figure out problem.

I am having same problem. MP3 audio file will not load into express scribe. It tells me to check if file is true layer of mp3 or file may be corrupt. I have exhausted all measures to try and solve this. Can anyone advise me ??
