I have installed Axon behind a Cisco router. The Cisco router has the port 5060 translated to 192.168.0.1 where Axon is installed. I put in Axon the real IP address ( as example 75.75.75.75 ) .
When I make a call to AXon he recognize I can not go out so he want to relay the call. For this he starts a new call with the Sip Gateway with a new ID . He puts in this new id the internal IP at the end something like
Sip message (invite ):
Call-ID: 12342342342-Computername@75.75.75.75
After going over the Cisco router to the Sip Gateway the call id comming back is :
Sip message ( 100 Trying ) :
Call-ID : 12342342342-Computername@192.168.0.1
As I can not see the net flow on the Gateway or the Cisco router I don't know who has this GREAT idea to change the Call-ID. I believe is the Cisco router
Please AXON PRODUCERS, change in the future the call-ID function generation with one that's not putting the IP inside
