i am trying to record from ip webcam off my phone .. i go to the network and enter all i need to .. the video comes up and looks great except for the flickering (not just light flickering, i mean1/4 to 1/4 of the screen flickers out, looks like a messed up vhs tape when it does it) my phone shows fine, i can view it in other programs just fine. I have tried different vid setting and nothing helps .. could it be my phone, ip webcam program or what .. and is there anything i can do?
