I am trying to record a webinar, and it records the video fine, but the audio is very choppy. It is so choppy that it is not useful. I tried to find help in the support files and on this forum but I can't find any similar issues. I was going to buy the program in order to get support but I see that even if I buy it, I will only get support if I buy a support plan! I am not willing to buy it if I can't get it to work. Has anybody else been able to solve a choppy audio issue?
