  1. Thanks for your quick reply, i have tryed what you have suggested and no joy. I have also used the voIP it is the best way to go, when i call from a mobile or landling inboud the key responce trf's the call fine to my direct line but when i dial out and the voice mail says Press 1 it has no responce.   2. Hello there Guys, I am desprate for some help, i have tryed to work this out now for 2 days solid and i keep running around in circles. I would be so grateful if you could help me. The problem is that on a outbound call, we have “press 1 to be connected or hold and the call will end” the problem is the key responses don’t work. The handsets are all new and everything is set up todate as it should, the support website is down and I am out of ideas. i have gone through nearly every thing and nothing works, saying that when i call the voIP number the key responces work.
