Hello We have a fully registered copy of Switch Plus, we have tried converting DSS file to MP3. This does not seem to work. When you click on convert it does produce a 2kb mp3 file, but when you try and play it in windows media player, it says that the file is 2secs long no matter how big the DSS file is. We have also tried converting the DSS files to other formats like WAV with the same results. Any help would be great Thanks Mark
