Thanks for that. I've had to go back to 2.41 as 3.xx is pretty much unusable. Any idea if my license still works on an older version? EDIT: 2.41 exports the same video in 4m 25s - 1/3 of the time of 3.12! What's happened to the new version?

Hi there, I'm new to the forum, so be gentle! I've recently upgraded to V3.12 and am having some serious issues with it. Exporting a 15 second clip takes nearly 15 minutes. Is this normal? I know that in 2.41 is was around the 5 minute mark for me, so three times the time is terrible. As soon as I start VP, the processor usage hits (and stays) at 100%. Again, this didn't happen in 2.41 Is there any way to fix either of these problems? Thanks
