Hi, I'm using the unlicenced free version of Switch v1.29 and trying to downsample MP3 files. However, Switch will not convert to the source folder saying that I don't have permissions (I DO!!!!). Also, when I convert to a different folder, none of the MP3 tags have been retained. I am finding this very frustrating having only recently upgraded from an earlier version which worked fine. I cannot now find an earlier working version of thte software so desperately need to get this version working. Help !!!! Thanks In Advance Andrew

Hi, I'm using Switch v1.05 (currently in demo mode) to downsample MP3 files to 160Kbps. Whilst it has worked OK for several jobs, it now has started losing the Id tags after the file is converted. I have tried converting with the 'Access FreeDB' setting both on and off to no avail. Any ideas? As I really like this product and would like to upgrade at some stage. Thanks In Advance Andrew (Just noticed.....this problem only seems to occur when downsampling 192Kbps MP3 files??)
