I have tried following all instructions and have the Windows Speech recognition installed. When I open an audio file through the dock button, the file loads fine but nothing ever appears in the notes field. Does the file have to be played for it to work? Does anything else have to be done? I have ticked "enable speech recognition" in the Option Speech to Text tab. The file is a wav from a digital recorder and it plays fine. Does the Windows Speech Recognition software have to be turned on? I would buy this program right away if it would transcribe speech to text for me.
