Here's what I did, thanks to a suggestion from a videographer friend of mine: 1. Download and install MPEG Stream Clip (Follow the instructions on updating Quick Time 1.81) 2. After installing, open the DVD in mpeg stream clip, and export to an audio format. (I used "Convert to MPEG") 3. Upload the new .mpg file to Express Scribe 4. Transcribe with video/audio playing simultaneously!!! I hope this works for you. It did for me!
