Nat, I completely understand your response. In my company we have a process where we are taking a snapshot of a video frame and separately inserting the picture into a customer report. We have been inserting JPEG files. The PNG format creates a much larger file size which in turn creates a much larger report that becomes too big to distribute electronically. I wish there was a choice of snapshot outputs.

Is .png the only output for snapshots?

I have a user that is expereincing cropping of a snapshot he takes of a video frame. Consistenlty it is cropping the right and bottom of the frame. I have the same software and using the same video can not recreat the problem. My snapshot is what I expect, the whole chosen frame from the video. Is there a setting to change I am missing?
