  1. click on one file, hold the shift key, and then click on the last file you want to delete. When all are highlighted, go through you deleting process. It works pretty much the same way as selecting files in a Windows environment. I use very few files at a time, but when I've used multiple files, that works for me.
  2. No, I've been told it's the software, so whoever does the recording will just have to make shorter files.
  3. Whenever we are playing a file that's longer than about 3 hours and 5 minutes--or we try to split a long file between two transcribers--the file starts playing from the beginning of the sound file. If I'm typing, and I hit the foot pedal to pause, and then play again, the audio goes right back to the beginning, even though the time stamp reads over 3 hours. Does anyone else have this problem or resolutions?
