wandpaccessories

I am trying to run the copper file I downloaded on a 32 bit xp computer. I get a message saying it is not a valid win32 application There does not seem to be an option for a win 32 version. i have downloaded to 2 computers before bot 32bit and never had this problem. anyone shed any light on this?
