This a serious bug. Do you know if they're going to fix it? I'd really like my old version 2.4 back. But apparently I can't get it with Windows 8.

I'm using V3.04 of VideoPad with a Windows 8 computer. When I try to change a video clip to slow motion, it momentarily works, but on playback, the screen for that clip is black. The slowed down audio still plays, but there's no video showing on the clip. If I undo the change, the video returns. This only happens when changing to go slower, not faster. It also happens in both Timeline and Storyboard modes.

Does anyone know how to change the saved snapshot details with Videopad version 3.02? The previous version made it very easy to change size and type, but they seemed to have forgotten to include this in the new version. All my snapshots are saved as png files with 640x352 dimensions. I want to change to jpg files and be able to very the size to agree with the video dimensions I'm working with.
