I'm having the same problem now. Did you ever find a solution?

I need serious help. I hope I'm just missing something obvious. I've just downloaded the Express Scribe, installed. I have the tracks loaded into the window. The problem is, I can't get it to play! The length of each track never registers; it stays "0:00:00." I need to do a bunch of transcribing tonight; I'll be eternally grateful if anyone can help me out! I've tried hitting the green arrow and I've tried using hot keys like F2 or F10. What's going on? Help; please! Thank you in advance, JT
