I am using Dialogic 4/PCI on a Windows 2000 platform. The caller gets disconnected midway at random. This apparently is a widely known problem with Dialogic. What are the settings in Dial Dictate to minimize this problem? Has anyone found a way to fix this problem with Dialogic boards? Barry

Is there a way to have some prompt that marks the dictation urgent? Prefer not to make a global change but for certain user. Let me know Thanks
