I opened a window "non-invoiced payment. Entered £500.00 and choose the option to "record invoice"
There it opened a new invoice window with the name of customer as "Quickinvoice"
When all got recorded it showed the amount in the invoice as £0.60 but the £500 deposited that was typed in the non-invoiced payment is being shown in the cash receipt journal.
What is this software doing. Does anyone has any idea? ALso when ever I have written to NCH Software people for any issues I have never received a single reply. Feel this software has been a bad investment and after some time will put their users in a big time issue.
I will appreciate some kind of reply from the NCH team or any users in regards to problems they have been facing.
