Just thought I'd let you know that the technical support team was able to help me with this. In addition to downloading the Sony Plug In I also had to rename my files to .dvf so that Express Scribe could recognize the file. It takes a minute or two for it to download into Express Scribe but there is a bar along the bottom that will tell you how much longer it will take.

I see there are a few posts on this problem. Please let me know if anyone has found a way to load the Sony files onto Express Scribe. I have tried loading the Sony Plug in but it is still not working. Please help...
