  1. UPDATE: - This may have been a memory problem. Today I upgraded my memory from 1GB to 4GB. I only played around with VideoPad a little bit since the upgrade, doing the same type of thing I was doing that caused the display problem, and so far everything is OK. Also my computer is generaly running a lot better.
  2. I can't tell you exactly what steps to take to reproduce this, but i'm using Version 3.01, and working with text effects. It starts out ok, but then everything starts going to hell in a hand basket. The ability to add/remove keypoints on the effects time window stops working, then the screens get totally messed up like this:
  3. Thanks for the tip. I found that when I extend the text, the sequence line extends itself to the lengh required to complete the scrolling. It's not really important, I was just wondering if it could be done.
  4. I'm a new user with lots of questions. To start - 1. Is there a way to make scrolling text stop scrolling while the end of the text is displayed. 2. Problem with saving the movie as an avi. When the movie is played back on Windows Media Player, it plays the sound, but instead of a video, I get the the graphics display you would normally see when playing an audio file. I know that the video was created due to the size of the file. It plays back fine if I save the movie and an wmv file. Quit looking on question 2. I installed media.player.codec.pack.v4.2.5 and that fixed it. I left the question there incase it helps someone else. Using Version 3.
