I have a Broadwave connection to Axon and IVM attached. I have it set so that pressing "3" causes the Leave Message to Mailbox to trigger. When I call in, all other functions work fine, I can play back a wave-file, even transfer a call. But... when I Leave Message to Mailbox, I start hearing a lot of white-noise on the phone which I presume is being transmitted from IVR, and the recording is completely choppy. Eventually WHILE recording, IVM ends the conversation. I have no problems connecting an Express Talk extension via Axon with the landline phone, audio is clear as a bell. But with IVM... it start out okay, but as soon as a recording has been made...bang, it starts out choppy, then noise...then ends the call Any ideas?
