  1. I realized today that if I close Scribe with a file that is past the 00:00 mark but not bookmarked, upon re-opening every file starts at the time the original file was on when I closed Scribe. To solve the problem, I completed the file that was at the 1:13 mark when I closed it yesterday, clicked done, and the next file started at 1:13. I rewound the file to the beginning and closed Scribe, and when I restarted Scribe the files were starting at 00:00 again. Hope this helps. Sam
  2. I have used ES for several years with no problems. I recently purchased a new computer and downloaded a new copy of the software. Since that time, every file I load starts at the 5 second mark instead of the beginning of the file. It is frustrating to have to rewind every file before playing. One of my other transcriptionists reported this problem to me after loading a new version of the software as well, but she has just been working with it this way since that time. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to correct it? Thanks in advance for your help.
