yeah, now 66 views and still no response. What is the deal? Where do those interested in purchase get assistance BEFORE buying. The information provided on the site is far from adequate. Specifically, what do I need on my computers to allow my clients to dictate via VoIP? Also, as the above poster mentioned, has the issue of voice file deletion been resolved? I am a SERIOUS buyer with SERIOUS questions. Please respond.
